Joe Kent

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Joe Kent, who lived in Canada. Joe died this morning [Sunday, 15 June 2008] quietly at home.

He was a member of the Regimental Band and a keen supporter of the League of Friends. He will be missed by all his friends in the Regiment.

Joe lived in Ottowa.

I have no details as yet about the funeral arrangements but Doug Brookes, another RWF Band Association member will be attending and will lay a wreath on our behalf.

Hello All,
Sorry to hear of the demise of Joe Kent. I served with him in Jamaica. I have a copy of the book he wrote about this posting it was sent to me by 47 Jones. A most amusing book. It was titled "By the Left By the Right By the Centre" He will be missed by myself and our branch.
