A Hong Kong design company has come up with the ultimate breakfast for the troops - gun-shaped eggs. Hong Kong-based Urban Trend has designed a range of gun-shaped egg fryers which it says will be shooting into stores later this year.

Customers will be able to serve up their eggs in a variety of weapon shapes, including a Magnum .45 and a Uzi. "Whatever the reason, gun-shaped objects seem to be all the rage these days," a company spokesman said. Made from stainless steel, the wacky kitchenware will be distributed to 40 countries worldwide and will sell for £3 for a pack of four.

So, what's your favourite breakfast?

Favourite breakfast Bob - it has to be a good old Army fry up, the best meal of the day, nothing better to start your day (keep it up the Catering Corps)

Firstly starve the troops for a couple of days.

Then Prepare the feast at the rear of a 432

Make sure you fry compo sausages/bacon grill/eggs, dole out baked beans from the BV, all laid onto a slice of RAOC bread.

Then serve on a greasy plastic plate, and eat using the obligatory Racing Spoon

No Breky has ever come close just the job for those in the "Glenn Cambel appriciation society". Well maybe the pvcp "slop in a trough" is a close second cause any fresh rations there tasted like heaven.

RUC Browning Drive on the Waterside, done a classic breakfast and RUC Strand Road was good for Burgers & Cakes until the end of our tour in 86 they decided to start charging, unlucky for the Recce PL 1RRW as they took over from us! Mike Camp, John T, Rik and Led should remember ?

Sox, not 100% certain but if my memory serves me well, I think her name was Rosie, She was an absolute diamond and would do the boys shopping. She didn`t care who saw her going to work, she was so big I don`t think anyone would`ve caused her any problems.
