friends reunited/forces reunited

Hi all was on the friends reunited sight this week and they have a new fetcher forces reunited when i looked at the sight there were a lot of guys from the Battalion on there that are not on the forum . Is there any way of getting a link set up so they can be notified of the forum .

I suspect they would charge us for the link Rob. Perhaps those who have membership of the Reunited website, can spend a little time sending them all a private message?

I have paid membership to the Friends Reunited website. There are about 500 people on there under The Royal Welsh (not Welch) or 23rd. I'll do what I can to inform them of this forum, I just wish I knew how to send a block message to all of them at once! I'll have a go anyway.

If they are already serving in the regiment they will be aware of the site. Have a look for Royal Welch Fusiliers, anyone listed under that will be most likely former members and may be worth following up.

I have just informed all 103 persons (individually) registered under ROYAL WELSH FUSILIERS [23RD] 1689-PRESENT BRIT ARMY Was that a complete waste of time then?

There are 382 people listed under 1 BATTALION ROYAL WELSH FUSILIERS BRIT ARMY. I'll plough my way through those then! The last lot didn't take too long. Can't find a listing for Royal Welch Fusiliers

Since 00.01hrs Saturday 13th we have had 19 new members. Well in excess of our normal stats, and i think we may pick up more, your efforts weren't wasted.

Well done Sheena, I'ts taken me a bit of time to work out who Sheena [U]Davies[U] is I remember you now after seeing your photo on friends reunited,
