Hello,
I can assure you there is not an R.W.F.C.A. branch in Birmingham and probably none in the Midlands at all. You can apply to Wrexham and become an individual member, I do not know how they pass information on to members. I have 5 members living outside the principality, and advise them on what is happening in the comrades world. I also order the Red Dragon and other RWF stuff they require.

Shrewsbury is the nearest branch.

I would either join that branch, with the likes of Mal Ball ect, or as Don suggested, join as an individual....visit the comrades page on the main website, you can view all the branch details, and join online as an Individual Member.
