Tudor Warry (Waz)

Looking for Tudor Warry (Waz). He was in 11Plt Delta Coy when I join the Bn in 1974. He then became the armourer for the company in about 1976 or 77, I know he was from the South Wales Valleys. & He left the army in 1977 aswell when I was posted to Wrexham.

No Warry was in D Coy when I got to the Bn in 74 & was certainly around for a while.

He was still with the Bn when I left to go to Wrexhamin 77, but was gone when I got back in 78

found 10 warry's in south wales...phoned them all...no luck...any more ideas..?????

What about the Tidworth area......is it possible he met a local girl and settled there when the Bn moved to Lemgo in early 78

I still think your best chance is www.192.com assuming he is still alive.

I searched on Warry using Wiltshire as the address. it pulled 2 from the phone directory and another 4 from the electoral roll.(inclding the 2 from the phone book. It is very accurate, if he is a voter or paying council tax, he will be listed.

I would search the counties surrounding wiltshire initially then spread out. Only check the details of Warrys with the initial "T", that will help keep the cost down. So for example, the ones below, would be ignored, just move on to your next county. Perhaps some of the other members will help search other counties, then they can email you possibles for further checking?...just a thought:2thumbsup
