Just watched the lad from Ponty
.If I was from outer space,I would say of his description:
30-40,bodybuilder,excellent vocalist,dancer,performer,model family man!
Nobody ever threw their nickers at me
(What does he do with them all ??)
And what:::
He is older than me,his stomach is flat,his hair is 'coloured' his skin is tanned.
His clothes are Saville Row.His wife is ???????? where.(In Ponty???)

Just flicked on to see who was what and caught the Tom bit.
Video on since 1500,I think it started,then when I get time I can pick and chose at my leisure.Will keep the video with others of Di I have,sorrowfully mainly of her funeral.

My bro too Stu, in Greece, won a bright pink T-shirt that was 17 sizes too big for him. The fun factor's a killer isn't it, the gift that keeps on giving :laugh:

I missed most of the concert because I had to "do some work". Caught the end though, lovely video footage, brought a tear to my eye :)

My Memories of Tom Jones are less so, as I was never a fan, Its just something that you manage to make sound ok after a shed full walking back to camp having missed the last bleeding taxi ?

If anything I became more aware of Tom music traveling back from Tidworth - Haverford West as being a CQMS we did the hand over so was last to move and families had gone ahead, well I had the joy of traveling back each weekend with Tom Jones Biggest Fan Mr Charlie Fenton so yes we did listen to Mr Tom Jones regularly.

But must mention although the biggest Fan its was the national anthen playing whilst we crossed the 7 bridge Charlie would not have it any other way nor I!

But even today I cant say I am a Fan, but He holds is own for Wales, don't live there like but neither do I!

You probarly wont believe me for what Im about to put..I stopped a dark coloured car in the early hours of the morning in Northern Ireland at a VCP just outside Downshire Road RUC Station. It was hamering down, and when I say hamering I mean hemering infact the rain was going straight down !!!!!!!!!!Anyway I asked the driver to wind his window down and asked him for some form of I.D which he produced. On hearing my voice he asked if I was welch, which I replied yes!!!He said do you know this welch guy in the back!!!He wound the rear window down and on the back seat sprawled out was TOM with what to looked to be a take away!!!Stuck for words I said ALRIGHT and said its nice weather for ducks as I was soaked through to the skeleton. I then alowed the car and passenger:notworthy: to go on the merry way..As they left I then realised that I had a NI patrol camera and to this day Im gutted I didnt take a pic:mad:

I know poor Tom's getting older by the day......some of his songs are pass their sell by date. I still like him though (as sad as i may be lol!!!):nah: .
