Look at the image below from about a foot away from the screen, concentrate on the 4 vertical dots in the centre. Don't try and work out any shapes, just concentrate on those dots.

Look for about 45-60 seconds then close your eyes and concentrate on the blob that appears inside your eyelids, what do you see?

(May help, once you close your eyes if you face towards the light)
