It is with much regret that we must announce the death of Sgt Terry Jones 33 after a long illness.
Known to many as “The Sledge”, Terry was a WELCH Regiment man before the amalgamation in 1969. He was a Platoon Sergeant in A Company in Berlin and Belize and later the Provost Sergeant in Lemgo 1982-84.
Details of his funeral will be disseminated when known.
