No, seems to have gone very quiet on the subject.

Just looked up Gov.uk. which states that the card will be issued to service leavers first by 18.2.2019 and all other veterans will be able to apply for the card by the end of 2019. This was issued by MOD and Rt. Hon. Tobias Ellwood, MP.
On another site directed you to the Veterans Agency.
All rather vague

Yea just looked at that when you go to veterans agency it just directs you to defence discount card which is not an ID card don’t know what’s happening there
