LSGT JAMES TAYLOR-2/24th – Rorke’s Drift Defender

The unmarked grave of LSGT JAMES TAYLOR-2/24th, a Rorkes Drift Defender has been located at Trefant Cemetery , Denbigh, LL16 5UF. A local Stonemason has offered his services to honour this brave soldier who fought at the Immortal Defence of Rorkes Drift. The Dedication Service to honour this brave soldier is to take place at Trefant Cemetery on Sunday 15 June 2019 at 11.00 hrs.
Shenkin (Regimental Goat of the 3rd Bn) and a Bugler from The Regimental Band will be in attendance. All welcome to attend.
