It is with deep regret that the Aberystwyth Branch has to announce the passing of Gareth Ellis. A stalwart member of the branch and a recently published author (a lifetimes ambition) to write his book PERANG.
Gareth served in the 1950's. Having served with non other than William Roache (Ken Barlow)
Further details regarding funeral arrangements will be posted as soon as they are known.

Paul it is sad to hear of any of our Comrades passing away.

Just to keep you all in the loop. I have been informed today that the funeral will take place on either the 23rd or 24th of April. No further details as yet, but as soon as I get them I'll post them on the Forum.

Hello Paul,
The Bridend branch send their condolences to Gareth's family. I bought a copy of his book "Parang" it was an interesting theme.
