Hi ALL
In reference to my last post on the above event.
Shotton town council has now decided to hold the unveiling after the Annual Remembrance Parade at the war memorial bridge Shotton/Connahs Quay at approx 1130hrs 11-11-2018 due to family not being able to attend the original date.
My apologies to all who was going to attend, but the civic reception afterwards is for invited guests only (not our branch doing, town councils wishes).
Our branch will make it happen and see "harry" Weale VC gets what he deserves.
Once again our humble apologies.
