Couple of questions I left Lemgo in 79 by the time the battalion left had they finished work on all the barracks blocks
I seem to recall that only two had been completed by the time I left.

Second question just generally what have been the Battalions postings since Lemgo (not company postings)

No answer to this at the moment I am afraid, although I have some Vague memory of the Bn, being in Tidworth in the late 70s? Reminds me of when we were in Honiton in the wooden huts which were falling to bits, as soon as the Bn. started to gear up to move to Hong Kong they started doing them up ready for the Asians that were being turfed out of Uganda by Idi Armin.

the Battalion in Germany on 22nd July)

Yea when I joined on 76 they were in tidworth fine till the green jackets moved in next door

If you read andy Mcnabs books he mentions that he was in the RGJ that moved into tidworth when we were there must have been that regiment
