It is with deep regret that I have to announce the following death of Robert David Jones ex 1RWF(58/70) and an ex Merchant Seaman, prior. The following is an extract from
the Daily Post of March 8 2017.
JONES - Robert David (Tubby), March 2 2017. Peacefully at his home in Bryn Siriol, Denbigh, aged 76 years. Much loved husband of Lilian, loving father of Alison, Nigel and Robert, treasured grandfather of Leah and Craig and dear brother of Eric, Jeremy, John, Edna, Jennifer, Blodwen and Tony. Service at the Denbighshire Crematorium, St Asaph on Monday March 13th at 2.00pm. No flowers please, donation in lieu kindly accepted towards St Kintigern Hospice, per Ivor Howatson & Son, Ruthin Road, Denbigh. 01745 812061.
David (Tubby) was not a member of a branch and no request for comrades or military attendance has been requested from the family.
