how do I find out what my fathers army number was. I am on the forces web site and there are 2 james masseys with the royal welch fusilers he was based in Wrexham in the 50s. 56 we went to Germany ,kladow my brother john was in the rwf band .can any one help me .... regards james

What more do you know about his service…when did he join? How long did he serve for? I have a James Massey on a database who joined in 1942, but transferred to the Hamps Reg in 1943….but of course he may have returned at wars end.
