It is with very great sadness that we announce that Colonel Peter Gooderson TD JP DL died on 30 December after a long and courageous fight with cancer. The funeral will be for family only.

There will be a Memorial Service in Monmouth probably next month at which I would hope all elements of the Regimental Family will be present to honour the previous Regimental Secretary. As soon as the date has been agreed RHQ will send out a further announcement.

MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR COL PETER GOODERSON – SATURDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2017 – ST MARY’S PRIORY CHURCH, MONMOUTH (1300HRS)

The Memorial Service for Colonel Peter Gooderson TD JP DL, the previous Regimental Secretary, will take place on Saturday 25th February at St Mary’s Priory Church, Monmouth. The service will start at 1300hrs.

The address of the church is St Mary’s Priory Church, Whitecross Street, Monmouth, NP25 3BU.

The wake after the service will take place at the Castle (NP25 3BS) by kind permission of the Commanding Officer R MON RE.
