German government have told their citizens to stock pile food and water enough to last them 10 days .Time to start worrying

The Ruskies are coming......either that or it is to allow them to have lockdowns whilst anticipated Jihadi attacks are dealt with similar to that I experienced being in Massachussets at the time of the Boston bombing.
A friend said her mother has been doing this since the 70's I wonder what she has stashed away still.

The German leaflet says that "in case of floods, power cuts or storm, food may be difficult to obtain."

To me that means the total failure of the government to ensure and maintain a working infrastructure and to protect its people. The sort of thing one would expect in third world countries.
