MP Simon Danczuk is going to have to pay back over £11,000 after wrongly claiming expenses.
The MP had claimed money for the cost of his children living in London, sparking local Liberal Democrats to ask the police to check if he had wrongly claimed it.
Now the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority has ordered Danczuk to pay back £11,583.20.
“The evidence points overwhelmingly to the conclusion that the MP obtained an increase to his Accommodation Expenditure budget by claiming dependant uplifts for his two oldest children for a period of over three years, when, at no point were either of the children routinely resident,” the Ipsa report said

Not the first time won't be the last if it was anyone of us we would be getting an early morning call from the Police at the end of the day its fraud.He can't even call it a mistake he did it for three years.With all the grief this has caused over the years they still have not learned their lesson they are just a bunch of W*****S

These people are elected into office by us the punters. It's about time that we the"punters" started to make some noise and get these so called "Hon Members" kicked out for good. They are on Mega Bucks as it is without trying to fiddle the system and when caught claiming it was a mistake. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. That also includes the "posh faction" i.e. Cameron and Co.
