At the moment black but the army will be changing to brown soon😯😇

I was out yesterday saw a lad from army air Corp had what looked like a body warmer on and brown boots so they are in already.But can anyone tell me the reason for the change

Just googled it.It is to match the new uniform and comes in five different types depending on the job they are doing should have done this in the first place
