The Fusilier was also partially blinded by the explosion in Afghanistan
Also lost his reproductive organs but his sperm was frozen by scientists
His fiancée Persia Haghighi, 23, became pregnant after first IVF attempt
The couple welcomed baby son Theo on Christmas Day
