The William Waring VC - Information Board
On Saturday 6th Dec 2014, invited guests(including William Warings family) will attend at Welshpool Council Chambers to witness the unveiling of an information board relating to William Waring VC. This board will later be fixed to the middle window of the Corn Exchange, where it will be visible to passers-by walking along Broad St.
On Sat 10 Jan 2015, the above event will be followed up with the unveiling of a large stone tablet fixed to the wall of the Council Chambers in Hall St. More details to follow.
