Death of Phyllis PERKINS nee Weale daughter of HARRY WEALE, VC

It is with deep regret that I have to announce the death of Phyllis PERKINS (Nee WEALE), daughter of HARRY WEALE, VC. Phyllis passed away peacefully on 2nd October 2014 at Priory House, PRESTATYN, aged 94 years.

Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 15th October at 1345 hours in St Thomas' Church, RHYL followed by cremation at Colwyn Bay. Family flowers only.
