I originally sent my apologies, but might be able to get there for the dinner, but won't know for the next couple of days.

What is the latest date you need to know. I have provisionally booked a hotel. I also won't get to Llandrindodd until after 6 on the night.

Hi Dai
I will keep a place open for you both until the last min, I will not place you on the seating plan until you confirm, however, I will keep two seats for you if I have already done the seating Plan, hope this helps.
If there are any other members out there who are thinking of going can you please contact me ASAP, we are very short of sitting members this year due to clashes, we will look at this at the Committee meeting, maybe review our dates, what do you all think?

If I can make it, it will be by myself. Though currently it looks not, with rugby commitments to the club. The season has been extended like always to the 2nd Saturday of May.
