I am missing somthing here, how in hell did this get to a Courts Marshall. From L/Cpl to RSM and then QM/OC HQ Coy I along with others in my peer group must have dealt with dozens of incidents like this and even in extreme cases it never got further than the CO. What has happened to good man management/fair discipline and a slice of common sense.
