The secretary of the Merthyr Tydfil branch R.W.F.C.A. has just informed me of the death of George Powell. George was posted to Malaya at the conclusion of the second World War. George attended the last A.G.M.He is to be cremated in Pontypridd crematorium on Thursday the 10 of October at Mid day.
