Beats me why they needed to use it since all computers all mobile phones and 99% of offices have clocks not to mention that most people have a watch anyway. So this is a classic waste of money.

Yeah and theres the men at the top of the civies some of whom have run up huge hotel bills when they only live a few miles away from where they were going (they have been told to pay there own in future and to repay the money they ran up in bills)

Latest on this is the MOD have banned calls to premium rate numbers (including the speaking clock and directory Enquiries)
That ban was introduced last year..but they still can ring the number..
like over seas calls can be blocked by the bill payer ..so can these if they want to..

The MOD only put this out late last week so it sounds like it been done just to make it look look they have done something after the papers picked it up. Typical
