Exactly how I feel about the building up of the TA, not much incentive to join anymore and remembering the government of a few years ago cut TA numbers in half as part of the end of cold war bonus the whole thing seems silly (what goes around comes around springs to mind)

The TA unit next to my work is closing down and my mate is the recruitment nco, They are still trying but getting nowhere, He told me up to March this year nationwide there was 27k applicants , 7 went through to training.???
