Tuesday morning 16/10 BBC2 1am.. I'll give you all a few moments to think, now where have I seen this film before ? probably the last time you saw it aswell, Oh precious memories. (bet it's dated now, worth staying up for or recording ?)

Back in the day, the only decent film to emerge from the Vietnam War. Wonder if its stood the test of time? Last saw it in Lemgo circa 81 or thereabouts.

It is out on DVD same as a few of the older ones The Boys in Company C, 84 Charlie Mopic got mine from Play.com cheaper than HMV

I have only watched a little of it so far, a little dated now, another Vietnam film in the same vain, Go Tell The Spartans. It was Lemgo, I thin k I must have watched every film that was shown there, even Bambi when some kids had to wait til the 2nd showing cos the first was taken up by the lads, god the films we watched there... Close Encounters, The rose, Grease, Saturday Night fever & many more.
