I will be doing a tandem skydive in aid of The Not Forgotten Association on Saturday, 6th October on Salisbury Plain. More information on the NFA can be found on http://www.nfassociation.org/
My son Matthew who is an ex-Royal Engineer and Iraq veteran has been roped into doing it with me.
The Not Forgotten Association is a unique national tri-service charity which provides entertainment, leisure and recreation for the serving wounded and ex-service men and women with disabilities.
They do this through a wide and varied programme of activities including outings, concerts, holidays, events and the provision of televisions and TV licences.
Each year they help and support approximately 10,000 individuals of all ages, whenever and wherever they served, whose lives have been affected by conflict or by subsequent injury.
