I am planning to visit The Arboretum this summer, and have visited their online site, I have attempted to use their search facility to locate any Royal Welch guy's that would be remembered there, L/Cpls Wayne Edwards, Louise Williams 25, Fus crocker etc, however all I get is "no matches were found", could anyone enlighten me on where I may be going wrong, or a better way of finding their locations.

I would imagine the names would be in various locations, relating to the manner of there deaths.

Maybe you can get the information that you need Richie, by going to the following site, you can get details of where the men may be at the memorial. All you will need is the persons full name and regimental number if you have it

To Richie and Roger,
Finding names and people on the walls of Arlewas is not as easy as Roger makes out. For a start the regimental number is not included in the deaths shown on the walls, and they are not in alphabetical order. In fact you will need to know the time and place/site of the deceased you are looking for and the correct date and the name of the regiment may help. But it is not as easy as it seems/

Thank's everyone, I'll see what i can find out, I have no Idea when I'm going I'll just jump on my bike & head off. The Arboretum website seems to be a bit dis jointed to me especially the search facility section but I suppose it may still be evolving, I would have thought that they would have had a NI section etc. anyway it will be an experience.
