Many thanks indeed for the update. I reflect the comments already made - this is very sad news. I have many fond memories of `Big Tom` on and off the rugby field, more so during the Lemgo years.
My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this sad and difficult time.

Members,
Already mentioned Tom is at home and resting were he wants to be,Mo Ullah and Chris 23 went to visit Tom and they shared old photos and Tom spoke about Lemgo when he was a regimental police man and told Mo one thing he had never forgotten was taking Mo and John Egland on the **** when they were in jail and he was duty policeman, and it brought a smile to Toms face, Mo asked me to share this with the forum,
Liz Toms wife text Mo this morning and thanked everyone for there very kind wishes and thoughts,
Thank you

As Ian (Big Tom) has now passed away and there is a thread started in Bereavement, i think it would be appropriate that this thread is now closed
