This morning I had a policeman call as we have had some items stolen from our garage.

During our conversation, he memntioned that he has a sward, showing all battle honours and the name on the sword is that shown.

He, the copper, was nlot sue if the capt was RWF or RRW. Anyone got any ideas

He did not serve in any capacity with the RWF in the Great War, Bennie, and after that swords were out of fashion. He must have belonged to an earlier period.
The Battle Honours would be interesting, as well as helpful in placing him in history and most likely regiment.
