Try this Geoff. It looks like an online freebie.

Hello Geoff,
I have a copy of the Battles of the Indian Mutiny, by Michael Edwardes. It has 40 illustrations, maps and plans in the text which include India ;Theatres of War,Delhi, Oudh and Rohilkhand, Cawnpore, Lucknow, Central India. It was published in 1963.Printed in London by B.T.Batsford. The chapter on Lucknow is not very large. But a good book none the less. You may be able to get a copy from one of the book companies that flourish on line.

A very good general history is "The Great Mutiny" by Chrisptopher Hibbert. About 14 copies available on Antiqbook (http://www.antiqbook.nl/), the cheapest one is eight pounds. I have it myself and find it the most comprehensive book on the subject I've seen.
