Good show, Carl. I could have done with someone like you in my old hospital. My receptionist had to start taking teakwondo lessons.

Congratulations on your new job. I wish you every success as I have a vested interest, my Mrs is a Doctor in the NHS. She was attacked twice in one week when working at Wrexham Maelor. Wrote to the chief exec and was completely ignored.

After working at Wrexham she worked in Cairns, Australia and their anti violence policy was six foot four and answered to the name Wayne. Wayne didn't care if you were in for a bee sting or a broken neck, if you threatened a member of staff your condition deteriorated but it didn't deteriorate in the A&E Department. It detoriorated in the car park outside the hospital.
