Nijmegen 4 day walking tour

I was watching th enews this morning. The Nijmegen 4 day walking tour has started and lots of military organisations take part. As they passed in groups most of them ignored the kids who ran up to them, excitedly saying hello or just wanting to chat to the soldiers. The only group who reacted and played a bit with the kids, gave them candy and had a bit of a mess around were the British army group.

That made me proud.

Aberystwyth Sea Cadets have been to the Nijmegen march for the last 15 years, they all enjoy the four day walk and will start saving for next year as soon as they return.
